Short version: Career path plans are digital, personalized products. Once you access any daily task or content, the product is considered consumed and no refund is available. A 7-day refund window applies only if you have not started any tasks.
1. No-Refund Policy for Accessed Plans
VirtuPath AI sells structured, personalized 365-day career path plans. Because each plan is built around your profile and goals — and because access to daily tasks and content is granted immediately upon purchase — these are considered fully delivered digital products.
Once you have accessed, unlocked, or completed any task or content within a plan, no refund is available, regardless of how much of the plan remains. This is consistent with standard policy for personalized digital products and SaaS platforms.
2. Limited Refund Window (Untouched Plans Only)
If you purchased a plan and have not accessed, started, or completed any task or content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We verify this through your activity log before processing any request.

3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify, contact us at billing@virtupathai.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your account email and order ID. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
